Starting Point

Betonbear had built a solid presence in Berlin's residential real estate market, but the brand wasn't doing the business justice.

The process between the company and its tenants was getting in the way: too transactional, not personal enough. They wanted a closer, warmer relationship with the people living in their properties, and they needed a digital platform and a brand that could deliver that.

Solution & Impact

We started with brand strategy, repositioning Betonbear to show its personalised, human side. Warmer colours and softer shapes replaced the hard edges typical of the real estate sector.

The core of the project was a new digital platform that lists available properties and allows tenants to make reservations directly. The platform connects to a CRM system that streamlines all operations and increases qualified leads for the Betonbear team.

The digital strategy was planned in detail, mapping every user flow to create the best possible experience at each touchpoint. The results were significant: from performance scores to user sessions and lead volume, the metrics improved across the board after launch.
