Surf Rec offers an innovative service of video-analysis and coaching services to casual surfers. This affordable service aims to improve their skills and surf experience. After an year testing the concept, Surf Rec decided to work with us to develop create a brand and a digital experience. We conceived an app that surfers could use to monitor their progress, book sessions with professional coaches on the go and chat with them.
We envisioned a graphic system that could resonate with "casual surfers", a very diverse group of people . We ran from surf brands’ typical aesthetics, and designed a strong, colourful and dynamic system that tells the brand’s story: a smart, technological and accessible solution that helps surfers have more fun in their favourite sport.
